Eatinghealthier
for better physical and mental health

In my last blog I mentioned how the path to mental health starts in your body. The key to healthy living is to find ways to be healthier in your life, not change it completely. Today we'll look at some things that you can do to eat healthier, and ultimately feel better mentally and physically.

Your mental health can be greatly affected by your diet. The problem is that most of us aren't always able to eat healthy, especially when we are dealing with a stressful time in our life. It's important to remember that it's much easier to make small changes in your life for the better than it is to change your lifestyle completely. Today we'll take a look at something that all of us run into from time to time: eating while on the go.

It doesn't matter if you travel for work, are on vacation with your family, or are enjoying the festival at Sundance, you're going to have to eat. Unfortunately, not every place we stop when we travel has a vegetarian option on their menu, so let's take a look at the healthier choices at some other common stops for dinner.

These are just some general guidelines that can help you start eating healthier when you are away from home. Next we'll take a look at some good nutritional options right from your kitchen!
